SCHOLARSHIPS

DTAN offers annually awarded scholarships for students in two categories:

1. Aspire – for students pursuing dance outside the province. Various amounts will be awarded. ‘Aspire’ is designed to offset the costs associated with training outside the province and this scholarship can be used for a wide range of expenses, including (but not limited to): travel, tuition/course fees, accommodation & board, etc.
   Applications for 2024 are due on or before April 30, 2024.

1. On Your Feet – for students studying locally (in NL). This scholarship (of which there is one) covers the entire cost of one year of dance lessons. It includes tuition, dance uniform, recital costume, and transportation to and from dance (if required).
   Applications for 2023 are now closed.
